Thanksgiving/Fall CALs - Fridgies(Fridge Magnets)

Fridgies:

Pumpkin-
Orange yarn and I hook:
Chain 4
Round 1-
14 Double Crochets in 4th chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning.

Round 2-
Chain 3, 2 Double Crochets in each stitch.Slip stitch to beginning.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Green yarn and F hook:
Attach green yarn to top of pumpkin, chain 10.
3 single crochet in each chain.
Slip stitch to where yarn is attached to pumpkin.

Row 1- Single crochet in 4 stitches.
Row 2- Turn chain 1, single crochet in each stitch.
Row 3- Turn chain 1, single crochet decrease in first 2 stitches, single
crochet decrease in the next 2 stitches.
Row 4- Turn chain 1, single crochet in each stitch.
Fasten off and weave in ends.


Crow-

Black yarn and I hook:
Chain 4
Round 1-
14 Double Crochets in 4th chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning.

Round 2-
Chain 3, 2 Double Crochets in each stitch.Slip stitch to beginning.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Yellow/gold yarn and F hook:
Beak:
Chain 5
Single crochet in second chain from hook.
Single crochet in each chain.

Turn, Chain 1
Single crochet decrease in the first 2 stitches, single crochet decrease
in the next 2 stitches.

Turn, Chain 1
Single crochet decrease in the 2 stitches.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Sew onto crow.
Glue on eyes.


Scarecrow-

Aran yarn and I hook:
Chain 4
Round 1-
14 Double Crochets in 4th chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning.

Round 2-
Chain 3, 2 Double Crochets in each stitch.Slip stitch to beginning.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Hat-
Variegated Fall yarn and F hook:
Chain 9
Row 1-
HDC in 3rd chain from hook and each chain across.
Row 2-
Turn, Chain 2
HDC across row.
Row 3-
Turn, Chain 2
2 HDC in first stitch, HDC across row, 2 HDC in last stitch.
Row 4-
2 HDC in each stitch across row.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Sew hat onto scarecrow.
Glue or sew on eyes.
Use red to make a mouth, and color of choice to make nose.




Turkey-

Brown yarn and I hook:
Chain 4
Round 1-
14 Double Crochets in 4th chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning.
Row/round 2-
Chain 2, 2 Half double crochets in the next 9 stitches.
Fasten off brown and weave in ends.
Attach variegated Fall color yarn.
Row/round 3-
Chain 3, 1 Double crochet in first stitch, *2 Double crochet in next stitch,
1 Double crochet in next*
Continue *-* across row.

Brown yarn and F hook:
Chain 3
Round 1-
12 Half double crochets in 3rd chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning.
Fasten off and leave long tail for sewing onto turkey.
Sew onto turkey.
Glue on eyes and use yellow/gold yarn to make beak, red yarn to make waddle.
