Halloween CAL - Coasters

Pumpkin/Jack O' Lantern Coasters


Orange and Green Yarn  Black yarn optional
I hook
Yarn Needle


Orange yarn-
Chain 4


12 DC in 4 chain from hook. Join with Slip Stitch.


Chain 3
2 DC in each stitch around. Join with Slip Stitch.


Fasten off. Weave in ends.






Attach green yarn to the top of pumpkin.


Single Crochet 4 stitches


Turn Chain 1
Single Crochet the 4 stitches


Turn Chain 1
Decrease Single Crochet 2 stitches twice


Turn Chain 1
Single Crochet the 2 stitches.


Fasten off.


Attach green yarn to the bottom of the green stem.
Chain 10
3 Single Crochet in each stitch.
Fasten off.


Optional- Use black yarn to make eyes and mouth.








Pirate Skull Coasters
white & black yarn
I hook
Yarn Needle


White yarn-
Chain 4
12 DC in 4 chain from hook. Join with Slip Stitch.


Chain 3
2 DC in each stitch around. Join with Slip Stitch.


Chain 3
1 DC in next stitch
2 DC in next stitch
1 DC in next stitch
2 DC in next stitch
Fasten off. Weave in ends.


Use black yarn to make eyes and teeth spaces.






Bat, Spider, Black Cat Coasters
Black Yarn
I hook
Yarn Needle


Black yarn-
Chain 4
12 DC in 4 chain from hook. Join with Slip Stitch.


Chain 3
2 DC in each stitch around. Join with Slip Stitch.




For Bat
Attach black yarn to side of coaster
Wings-
Chain 12
Slip stitch to 2nd chain from hook,
1 sc in next 3 stitches,
1 hdc in next 3 stitches,
1 dc in the last 3 stitches
Slip stitch to coaster.
Fasten off weave in ends.


Attach black yarn to opposite of coaster and make the second wing.


Ears-
Attach yarn to top of coaster.
Chain 2
1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc in same stitch,
Slip stitch in same stitch.


Attach yarn to opposite side of top and make second ear.




For Cat
Attach black yarn to top of coaster.
Ears-
Chain 2
1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, 1 hdc in same stitch,
Slip stitch in same stitch.


Attach black yarn to top of coaster and make second ear.


Tail-
Attach black yarn to bottom of coaster.
Chain 10
3 sc in each chain.
Slip stitch to beginning.




For Spider-
Attach black yarn to the side of coaster.
Legs-
Chain 10
3 sc in each chain,
slip stitch to beginning.


Make 8
4 evenly spaced on each side.






Ghost Coasters
White and Black yarn

White yarn-
Chain 4


12 DC in 4 chain from hook. Join with Slip Stitch.


Chain 3
2 DC in each stitch around. Join with Slip Stitch.


Fasten off. Weave in ends.


Take black yarn and make eyes and mouth.






Mummy Coaster


White, Grey, Black and Red yarn
I hook
Yarn Needle


White yarn-
Chain 4
12 DC in 4 chain from hook. Join with Slip Stitch.


Grey Yarn-
Chain 1
2 SC in each stitch around. Join with Slip Stitch.


White Yarn-
Chain 2
*1 HDC in next stitch, 2 HDC in next stitch.*
Continue *-* around.  Join with slip stitch.


Fasten off. Weave in ends.


Use black to make eyes and red to make mouth.






Frankenstein's Monster Coasters
Green, Black and Grey Yarn

Green Yarn-
Row 1
Chain 10
HDC 3rd chain from hook.
HDC in each chain across.


Row 2-4
Turn, Chain 2
HDC each stitch across.


Fasten off Green yarn and attach black yarn.


Row 5-6
Turn chain 2
HDC each stitch across.
Fasten off and weave in ends.


Attach grey yarn to bottom side-
SC evenly 4 stitches up the side.
Turn and chain 1.
SC in each stitch.
Turn chain 1.
2 SC in first stitch, 1 SC in next 2 stitches, 2 SC in last stitch.
Turn chain 1.
2 SC in first stitch, 1 SC in next 4 stitches, 2 SC in last stitch.
Fasten off and weave in ends.


Attach grey yarn to opposite side and make second bolt.

Halloween CAL - Trick or Treat Bag

Here is the first part of the Trick or Treat bag. Bottom of Trick or Treat Bag: I hook and color choice of yarn Pirate, Bat, Spider, Black Cat, Witch:  Black Frankenstein's Monster: Green Ghost and Mummy: White Pumpkin/Jack o" Lantern: Orange Round 1- Chain 4, 15 DC in the 4th chain from hook. Slip stitch to beginning chain 3. Round 2- Chain 3, 2 DC in each stitch around. Slip stitch to beginning chain 3. Round 3- Chain 3, 1 DC in first stitch, * 2 DC in next stitch, 1 DC in next stitch* *-* Continue around, Slip stitch to beginning chain 3. Round 4- Chain 2, HDC in the front loops only of each stitch around. Slip stitch to beginning Chain 2.

You can decorate pants as you want.  Decorative edge at bottom of legs.
Add buttons, crocheted items, lace, etc.
Make a belt from ribbon or a decorative one from yarn and weave through round 2.

If you want to make capris just do less rounds on the legs.

You can add a decorative edge to bottom of shirt if you want.

Attach yarn to the top corner of shirt, chain 1 sc in evenly around the neck and down and up around the shirt opening. Slip stitch to beginning chain 1.
Turn chain 1.
SC in each stitch around.  Fasten off and weave in ends.

Now add snaps, buttons, ties to the top of shirt and down the back.

Embellish the shirt as you want. Add a belt, buttons, etc.
